A bit about how I work
I'm Stanley — a frontend-focused full-stack engineer with 4+ years shipping production web apps. Most recently I've been at Diamond Trust Bank Kenya, where I build customer-facing React apps on top of Node.js and Fiorano ESB integrations, and own a slice of the production support rotation for live banking systems.
My sweet spot is the React layer: turning a brief into a fast, accessible interface that doesn't break under real-world data. Underneath that I've shipped Spring Boot and Node.js services, maintained WordPress sites, and spent enough time on-call to care about log structure, tracing, and clear runbooks.
Before DTB I freelanced for nine months — that's where the Spending Tracker was born. These days I'm most interested in roles that mix product thinking with frontend depth, ideally where reliability is part of the brief.
